CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES in South Africa
- The main aim of the Brotherhood of Blessed Gérard is to enable and empower people to help themselves, so that they will finally become independent of charity and possibly even become helpers themselves.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Warm Christian Greetings from Zanzibar Tanzania
Kindly refer to the above-mentioned subject,
My name is Pastor Timothy Philemon am married and a father to six children and am working with Pentecostal New Covenant Church in Zanzibar Tanzania as a local Pastor.
The Pentecostal New Covenant Church (PNCC) is a Pentecostal Church based on faith in the Word of God. This church is formed as a local church. It was established in Zanzibar under missionaries who came from mainland Tanzania. The missionaries began to spread the Gospel in Tanzania mainland in a difficult environment. In 1997, we had the vision to come to Zanzibar, the main goal was to preach the Gospel, reach the unreached by sharing the love of Jesus Christ through nurturing young people with leadership skills, training Pastors with leadership training further finding means and ways of assisting Christian families that are persecuted and living in conducive environment.
Zanzibar is an Island semi-autonomous part of the United Republic of Tanzania an Island located (25-50) Kilometers off the Coast of mainland, Zanzibar comprises of two Islands of Unguja and Pemba it is estimated as according to the 2012 census conducted that the Islands population accounts to (1, 889, 773 milli
on inhabitants).Shakani a Shehia located in West B District of Unguja Zanzibar. West B district Unguja. An estimate of the population in West B Unguja accounts to be (190,000).
RELIGIOUS
1,889,773 Population:
3% Christians
95% Muslim
2% Other Religions
Unreached people in Zanzibar: 97%
ECONOMY
In general, the economic situation affects the people of the churches and their income – the church depends on offerings and tithes and thus are affected by things such as inflation, per capita income, poverty, costs of doing business and so on. Free trade and privatization are also important factors in planning Economy is trade and Tourism, Fishing; Transportation; Bank; Port; and other services. Trade: Cloves and seaweed the economy is controlled by Muslims and the church has no economic power.
The government cannot provide employment to all individuals currently formal sector employment accounts to only 20% where Christians consist of a fewer number. Private sectors are very few which support an access to permanent employment this results in many Christians becoming unemployed. Taking into consideration that the few available financing institutions that support seed capitals for growing entrepreneurs do not support start up business. Many Christians young men, women find themselves un employed they have tangible business starting and generating ideas but they lack capitals for supporting their Small and medium enterprises that can enable them create self-employment opportunities i.e. Zanzibar’s economic back borne depends heavily on fishing and agricultural activities where if they are supported they can be able to access fishing nets, boats and sell the fish generally utilizing the opportunity available in the blue economy and the tourism hospitality sector in terms of supplying the existing markets with fruits, vegetables and cereals sector, generate income and reduce poverty.
1. The economic challenge has been great challenge for Christian Zanzibar, as the days are moving forward the living conditions for the Christians have become a challenge, and it is all from the problem of unemployment and investment/sources of income. We as a local church are in these stages to find sources of funds for our Christian brothers from within the country and outside the country to help us financially so that we can empower women and young people economically by supporting them with small capital that will bequeathed to them to start a small business with the aim of increasing their income so that they can meet the needs of their families
2. The challenge of transportation remains a major challenge for Pastors working on the Zanzibar Island, especially pastors operating out of town, many are using Public transport that takes them time to reach to the service area, and sometimes spending more time as public transport have stop overs while accessing passengers, they travel in a high-pressure environment and cause the attendant to reach the service area with too much heat or even his clothes to be contaminated due to excessive friction.
3. The Christian have a very difficult position to access affordable medical treatment and care that is reliable. Many find themselves at queue at the referral hospital and at the district primary health care division one in seek of being attended by one medical doctor physician where some of them normally return back at home without seeing the doctor. Which is a risk to the patient as it results to the proliferation of the disease or even death as many of them cannot afford to access better quality medical services provided by the private hospitals.
ZanZanzibar still have a big needs of Bibles for new Believers and Christians who are note able to purchase the Bible due to the economic challenges
Majority of the Pastors live in rental houses that churches cannot support as many of the Christians in Zanzibar few are fixed employees as they only earn income from hand to mouth to meet these rental basic fees. Pastors fail to deliver their services appropriately as a result of stress in fighting for an ends meet, many houses to which they are living are owned by Muslims who restrict their activities in the houses i.e. praying, counseling and playing gospel music. Few Pastors are able to access reliable salaries, wages or allowances as churches cannot afford to cater for. Majority of pastors live in houses that are still under construction given by the mercies of the people, these houses lack I.e. windows, doors, water and other sanitary facilities, that do not suit to be resided in by human beings. Lack of real estate supporting programs to enable pastors obtain houses to accommodate themselves and their families , Lack of entities and institutions that can offer best home acquiring facilities to support Pastors
5. Many Zanzibar Chrsitian economies do not support them to access their basic needs for themselves and their families’ one being education, where many Christian in Zanzibar do not have an access to better education and learning materials.
This has led to many pastors children failing to attend better schools (Lower, middle and higher level learning) that can provide them with the best education and training, Taking into consideration education is a key to success in life, if children fail to attend school they will be subjected to join crime groups, Use of Substance (Drug Abuse), prostitution and robbery which are a higher risk threatening their survival. As This call for action for a need to plan and establish better Christian schools that will provide the best education curriculum to support Christian children in Zanzibar to attain their overall educational goals and support them with the school fees and school equipment for Pastor’s children so that they can get better education.
6. Lack of places to worship, many pastors in Zanzibar do not have better worshipping facilities as a result of few can afford to purchase the land for building places of worship, Scarcity of land that has subjected the land to be sold at a higher expensive rates that pastors cannot afford.
7. Christians and the church in general is faced by a problem of lack of Bibles as many Christians attend churches with no bibles to read and refer to, Equipment i.e. music instruments for praise and worship and lack of chairs for sitting, Availability of this can support the church to serve God in a conducive environment.
8. Lack of a theological college in Zanzibar where few pastors fail to attend bible colleges as they are subjected to attend the bible colleges far away from Zanzibar, where majority cannot afford to cater for the fees and the college living costs. This calls for un urgency to establish a Bible college in Zanzibar that will help Christians to learn the word of God and become competent best teachers and preachers in serving God.
Therefore, we are shares with you these challenges faced the Christians in general and we are looking possible partner on one way or the other in addressing the challenges. We are ready to submitted a project proposal
Sincerely,
Pastor Timothy Philemon

My name is Victor Muhumuza, Founder & Overseer of Global Overcomers Fellowship: an Evangelism and Disciple making Ministry, locally based and legally registered in Uganda; East Africa.
I am particularly interested in partnership and affiliation with any ministry out there that we share the same vision. I will be happy to connect with any ministry with vast wealth of skills and experience that will help me to acquire and be equipped, share practical knowledge, skills, techniques and experiences for teaching Biblical truth and minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a Ugandan local context more effectively and efficiently as we also build synergistic relationships.
My strategy is to win souls for Christ, Train Disciple makers that can be equipped and imparted to disciple and make other Disciples that can multiply in their localities, start Discovery Bible Study groups (DBS), Home Discipleship, establish thriving House Churches/Fellowships and saturate them around the country.
I would wish to connect with you to fulfill my Vision and passion to reach the least reached people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by providing a reproducible and sustainable model to train Disciples who will make other Disciples hence Disciple Making Movements (DMMs) and give Spiritual Leadership with the major aim of fulfilling the Great Commission.
I need to open up a Discipleship Training, Mentoring and Christian Resource center in Fort portal city, Western Uganda. I need your prayers, reading materials/ visual/audio resources and financial support. I need averagely $700 per month for the start in terms of monthly rent for venue, upkeep for a facilitator and monthly bills ( water, electricity, internet).
Looking forward for your positive response.
May God richly bless you.
Servant in Christ,
Brother Victor Muhumuza.

I stop my Banking Job as a Portfolio Monitoring Manager in one of the Renowned Banks in Ghana . One day I travel to Bamiako, a small village in the Central Region of Ghana. to my surprise I saw school children carrying school tables and chair going to school..I was told that every day, these children walk about 3 miles to school
Most of these children walk bare footed to school.. their school clothes were tattered .The area is an illegal mining town .the roads are crowded with very sharp rocks which usually prick them.
snakes usually bite these kids and some even die if they are not taken to the traditional herbalist on time.
they share the only stream in the village with domestic animals.
These compel me to stop my banking job and started an NGO
( Hinterlands Evangelism Project Ghana ) HEPGHANA -with the aim of helping people facing these kind of problems in our villages especially the Hinterlands.
I have no support, .I am cash trap I need your Financial support to help me bless these children in the Hinterlands of Ghana.
